Exciting Announcement about the Retreat, Nov. 7-9

We are very excited to announce that we will be joined at The Mountain by Rev. Stephen Shick, founding Director of the UU Peace Network and the UU Service Committee’s U.S. Programs Department. As well as being Minister Emeritus of the Unitarian Church of Marlborough and Hudson, Rev. Shick is the author of two Skinner House books  Be The Change and Consider The  Lilies. Before becoming a UU minister, he was the founder and host of Consider The Alternatives, a national radio show on foreign and domestic policy issues. Rev. Shick will lead our Saturday morning workshop on Spirituality and Social Change and co-minister the Sunday morning service with Rev. Terry Davis.

Don’t miss the spectacular mountain views and fall color display, breathing fresh mountain air, community building and home cookin’ YOU don’t have to fix. Crafts, games, talent show and hiking are planned for kids and adults. Early registration of $160 per adult through October 7, then  rising to $190 for adults for the weekend; youth 12-17 are $64, 4-11 are $40. and 0-3 are FREE. Scholarships for the retreat are available, too.
