Congregational Meeting — December 2016
Our next congregational meeting for Northwest Unitarian Universalist Congregation will be held on Sunday, December 11th following the service. The meeting agenda is included below, as well as the minutes from our May meeting and our proposed vision statement.
This is an exciting time at Northwest as we consider our vision and how to move that vision into action. I hope you were able to participate in at least one of our visioning sessions over the past year. We held three visioning discussions following our worship café services. We considered questions about the vision for Northwest and wrote our ideas and thoughts on butcher paper. Our board collected these thoughts and crafted a draft vision statement. This statement was distributed and discussed at a second hour session of Northwest friends and members for further refinement. The statement was posted as a Google document for further input. The attached vision statement proposed for adoption by the congregation is a result of this member input.
