Overview: Meeting minutes for the first Unitarian church established in Atlanta, Ga. Two meeting minutes books were used by the church. Book I documents meetings that were held at the church such as annual, quarterly and special meetings.

Meeting Minutes of the Liberal Christian Church (Unitarian-Universalist)
Overview: Meeting minutes for the first Unitarian church established in Atlanta, Ga. The Unitarian and Universalist churches have merger (1918) and the combined church is known as the Liberal Christian Church.

Meeting Minutes of the Woman’s Union (Unitarian-Universalist)
Overview: Handwritten meeting minutes for the Woman’s Union that was formed following the merger of the Atlanta Unitarians and Universalist churches in 1918.

Overview: Collection of periodical articles, newspaper articles and obituaries that provide background information on ministers who have served the Unitarian and Universalist churches in Atlanta.
Period: Time frame covered generally ranges from 1800’s to 1900’s
Overview: Meeting minutes, reports and other documents from the archive of the Northwest UU Congregation in Sandy Springs. The curating of this organization’s records is a work in progress. Records from 1968 – 2000 have been fully curated in archival boxes. That physical collection is currently housed at the congregation’s facilities in Sandy Springs, Ga. Only a limited number of those documents have been digitized as of December 2016.
Overview: The Mountain Retreat and Learning Center (The Mountain) near Highlands, NC is a non-profit year-round ecologically conscious retreat and learning center serving churches, businesses, non-profits, schools, and other groups founded by Atlanta area Unitarian Universalists in 1979. Only a limited number of documents such as correspondence and newsletters regarding the founding of this organization are contained in the archive.
Overview: Limited collection of commentary by the archive Archivist on topics related to specific events in Unitarian and Universalist history. The initial focus of the Archivist Blog posts is the clarification of historic facts that have “drifted” from their verifiable historic roots.
