First Universalist Church – Meeting Minutes, Oct 14, 1901 (Financial Discussions)

The regular monthly business meeting of the board was held on above date at the church with President Crone in the chair with following members present: F.M. Marsh, Dr. McGlauflin, G.W. Hubner and James Harvey. J.C. Bond being absent, Bro. Harvey acted as temporary secy of the meeting.

The minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer reported a balance on hand with one warrant drawn, paid $70.93

Upon motion a warrant of $19.50 was drawn in favor of Dr. McGlauflin for the following:

  • $6.00 janitor service for 3 months,
  • $10.00 to Dr. Perin for missions,
  • $2.00 for stationery and stenographer “Harvest House” service,
  • $1.50 for a sign for revival(?)(Archivist Note: Could not transcribe).

Total $19.50.

Upon motion a warrant for $100.00 was drawn in favor of Dr. McGlauflin for salary to June 15, 1901.
