First Universalist Church – Meeting Minutes, Jun 4, 1901 (Financial Matters)

Atlanta, Ga Jun 4, 1901

The regular monthly business meeting of the Board of Trustee was held in the office of J.C. Bond 405 Gould Bldg on the evening of June 4, 1901.

President Crone in the Chair the following members being present: F.M. Marsh, C.M. Hubner, W.H. McGlauflin and J.C. Bond.

Reading of minutes of last regular meeting was had and minutes were approved as read.

The treasurer reported a balance on hand of $27.77 with all outstanding paid.

Upon motion the following warrants were ordered drawn.

A.E. Holdt Warrant #26 $2.00
Martin and Russell Warrant #27 $2.20
C.H. Smith Warrant #28 $5.00
W.H. McGlauflin Warrant #29 $12.85
Total $22.05

It was decided by the Board after some discussion that Miss Cawthon be retained for the month of July at $10.00 per month, the same as she had been receiving.

It was also decided by the Board that during Dr. McGlauflin’s vacation the services in the church be in charge of Maj.  C.M. Hubner and Prof. B.M. Zettler the former giving say three addresses and the latter two.
