Summer of Love Returns! July 11 at the Hungry Ear Coffee House™

Hungry Ear Coffee House™ Summer of Love event brings back the ‘60s for one night of rockin’ music from some of our favorite performers! Funny, beautiful, open handed, and great musical times are here again with a new in-the-round set-up so the musicians can be in the midst of us all for maximum enjoyment.

Troubadours Ron Hipp and Carol Statella (Out of the Rain) combine their smooth and exciting violin and guitar with gorgeous vocals. John Cable, formerly of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, adds expertise as lead guitarist and vocalist, while Louis Robinson brings his gentle then bawdy tunes. Bruce Gilbert’s creativity pours from him in song and piano virtuosity. Cyndi Craven and Jerry Brunner bring “Every Song Is a Love Song” and always remind us of our interdependence. Margot Bernstein, singer/songwriter, jazz and classical vocalist charms with her amazing vocals. And finally, our fine producer/emcee and folk and jazz guitarist, Bob Bakert knits it all together, bringing his smooth groove to the Hungry Ear Coffee House™ once again.

The doors open for seating at 7:30 pm and the show starts at 8:00. Please bring canned goods donations for The Community Assistance Center of Sandy Springs and consider a donation of $5 for this fabulous evening of music.
