Care Corps

Working closely with the minister, the Care Corps offers help to members and friends of NWUUC, as a response to their expressed needs and concerns.

We offer aid and solace in times of illness, sorrow, or other significant life events.

The types of help we offer are preparation of meals, transportation, hospital or home visits, emergency child or pet care, running errands, household or yard assistance for the ill or elderly.  For requests that are beyond our own capacities, we have a large file of other resources at the church. We offer help in locating resources, or members and friends can look through the files themselves for ideas. The United Way Blue Book is included in these files.
