The regular Board meeting for December was held on above date at Study of Dr. McGlauflin.
The minutes of the last meeting read and approved.
The treasurer reported a balance on hand of $42.41.
Dr. McGlauflin rendered statements of the following items and expenses incurred and paid by him.

Warrant for this amount was order drawn.
