Church of Our Father – Meeting Minutes of Sep 15, 1903 (Attendance, Finance, Covenant on Wall)

Atlanta, Ga., Sept.15, 1903

Regular monthly meeting of Board of Trustees met at the residence on Mr. J.C. Peck.

Those present were Chairman Messrs. Peck, Crafts, St. Amand and Harding.

The clerk not having minute book, the reading of minutes of last meeting had to be dispensed with.

Treasurer submitted his report as follows:

Receipts from Jun 16 to Sep 13, 1903: $200.13
Disbursements from Jun 16 to Sep 13, 1903: $189.17
Amount in hands on Treasurer: $10.96

The Clerk reported attendance as follows:

Jun 21 – 46
Jun 28 – 31
Jul    5 – 35
Aug 16 – 32
Aug 23 – 40
Aug 30 – 34
Sep   6 – 30
Sep  13 – 37

The matter of having Covenant of the church lettered on wall near pulpit was discussed, and on motion of St. Amand, Chairman Moore and the Pastor were appointed as a Committee with full power, to have the work done, the bill to be paid by funds raised by contribution of the Trustees and others.

There being no further business, meeting adjourned.
