A meeting of the Board of Trustees was held at the residence of Mr. J.C. Peck.
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Peck.
Present were Messrs. Peck, Watts, Moore, Francis, Harding, and Perkins.
Minutes of the last meeting was read, approved and ordered spread upon the minutes (See Report).
Ways & means in a financial point of view were talked over in an informal manner.
Mrs. Williams reported to the Board for Music Committee that they desired $30.00 per month for music. After some discussion it was moved that $30.00 be ordered paid for one month, but that no permanent engagement be made with musicians until later. Carried.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
