Mr. Jno. L. Moore,
Chairman of the Board of Trustees,
Church of Our Father,
City.

Dear. Sir:-

To my regret I will be forced to be absent from Atlanta noon Sunday.

I beg to hand you herewith copy of the letter addressed to Mr. Langston and the reply received from him.

From my talk with Mr. Langston, my impression is that he sees it is his duty to stay with the Church here and that he is going to ask the Congregation to join with him in renewed efforts to work for the welfare of our Church. After a long talk with Mr. Langston, I can say that I believe his decision will work for the interests of our Congregation and for one I shall join hands heartily with him in every thing that can be done for the good of our cause.

Sincerely yours,

Hamilton Douglas
