Nov 7, 1921

The regular monthly meeting of the Woman’s Union was held at the home of Mrs. Hamilton Douglas Sr., 2525 Peachtree Road.

The meeting was called to order by President Edwards after which all united in the Lord’s Prayer.

As the secretary was late in arriving, Mrs. Gaylord was appointed secretary pro tem.

Owning to the absence of the Treasurer there was no financial report.

The business of the meeting was concerned chiefly with perfecting plans for the Annual Supper.

The usual good luncheon was enjoyed, after which Dr. Baker of the Federal Health Bureau discussed child welfare conditions in Georgia and urged the members of the Woman’s Union to lend their influence toward improvement.
