This year’s Atlanta Pride Festival will be October 12-13 at Piedmont Park. The main purpose of the festival is to promote unity, visibility and self-esteem among lesbians, gay men, bisexuals and transgender (LGBT) persons and to promote a positive image in the Atlanta area and throughout the Southeastern US through community activities and services.
